''Lies, Damned lies, and statistics''
On the 8th of December Jeremy and Mark organized a debate, in which they divided the class into 6 teams...
Me (mashail), Alex, and Tanvi we were in the same team...AGREEING that
''There are three kind of lies: Lies, Damned lies, and statistics''
Personally i enjoyed that day......even if i was at the beginning worried because its my first time debating....
we argue naturally in our daily life...but attending or being a member of a team debating in the college, was my first time and i found this really useful and interesting.
Those were my index card used in that day ;)

p.s we won the debate :D

DECODE Digital Design Sensations in (V&A)
Tow days ago i went to V&A museum to see an exhibition called: DECODE Digital Design Sensation....(December 8, 2009 to April 11, 2010)
The exhibition shows several interactive work created by International designers.
In fact, its not an exhibition where the visitors are not allowed to touch the work but on the contrary they are invited to play and entertain with the works that actually respond to your movement and sound....
Many of the works were interesting such as the BODY PAINT 'an interactive work that allow you to paint on a visual canvas using your body. also one of the exiting experience was the TEMPORARY PORTRAIT , when i was standing in front of the screen that look like a photo frame until my face was printed as a real portrait, and that will disappear when a next person come....
Actually most of the work were existing as well as the dark atmosphere in the exhibition...
finally i recommend you guys to go their and try this experience ;)
you have time until April 11, 2010
